Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 October 2026
1. Who we are
The data controller is Digitalzero, Via F.lli Bandiera 7, 31059 Zero Branco (TV), Italia · P.IVA 05510390263. For any privacy question, write to privacy@digitalzero.it.
2. In short
The site needs no registration and has no accounts. What you enter (year or date of birth, name, dedication, poster photo) is processed only in your browser and never reaches our servers. The photo never leaves your device.
3. Data we process
- Poster: the name, date, dedication and photo you enter are used only to build the poster, which is created directly on your device as an image or PDF. We do not receive, see or store this data. If you use “Share”, the file goes to the app you choose, under its own rules. If you accepted statistics, we only record that a poster was downloaded, with its format, country, occasion and whether it had a photo: never the name, date, dedication or the photo itself. If you add photos or names of other people, make sure they agree.
- Technical browsing data: when you open a page, our hosting provider and Cloudflare (the site's delivery and protection network) receive your IP address, browser, requested page, date and time. This is needed to run the site, protect it from abuse and fix errors. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is kept for the period set by these providers, usually from a few days to a few weeks.
- Statistics, only with your consent: Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) collects usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate country, using cookies. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Data is kept for at most 14 months.
- External content, only with your consent or when you click to load it: the Apple Music player. If you load it, Apple receives your IP address and may set cookies under its own privacy policy.
- Preferences saved in your browser (localStorage): last year and country chosen, cookie choices, game scores. They stay on your device; details are in the Cookie Policy.
- Email: if you write to us, we use your data only to reply and keep it as long as needed to handle your request.
4. Who receives the data
Only the providers listed above (hosting, Cloudflare and, if you consent, Google and Apple), acting as processors or independent controllers. We do not sell or share data with anyone else.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Google, Cloudflare and Apple may process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing, and you can withdraw consent at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page. Write to privacy@digitalzero.it: we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or to the supervisory authority in your country.
7. Children
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14. Consent to statistics cookies must be given by someone aged at least 14 or by a parent.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we publish the new version here with its update date.
